Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following regions:

- European Union member countries
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Cut-off Time: 10:00 PM (local time)
- Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday)
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 3 to 8 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen delays. Zorqura is not liable for shipping delays once orders have been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping is free on all orders.
- For orders under $50 / £50 / €50, a flat fee of $16.95 / £13.95 / €15.95 will apply.
This helps us manage higher costs for smaller orders and contributes to minimizing packaging waste.
Order Changes
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you would like to return an item, please wait until you have received the order and then follow our return process.
Item Not Received
If your order status shows "delivered" but you have not received the item:
- Please contact the shipping carrier first to locate the package.
- If you’re unable to resolve the issue, contact us at contact@zorqura.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Occasionally, tracking information may not update due to technical issues. If you're unable to locate your item in such cases, reach out to us directly.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Damaged or Lost Items
Zorqura is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country.
Zorqura is not responsible for these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.
