Return Policy on Customer Remorse
If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 30 days, starting from the day after you receive your order. Please contact us at contact@zorqura.com to initiate the return process and ensure smooth handling.
Conditions for Customer Remorse Returns:
- The item must be new and unused
- Items with a manufacturer seal must be unopened
- The item must be undamaged due to handling or use
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all original accessories included
Holiday Extension:
Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th are eligible for return until January 31st, allowing you to shop for gifts with confidence.
Return Policy on Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery:

- You have 30 days to initiate a return from the day after receipt
Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you will not be charged for return shipping.
Returning an Order

In rare cases, returns may need to be sent to a location outside the UK or EU, which is why prior approval is essential.

Cancelling an Order
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to our rapid processing system. Some orders are dispatched within an hour of being placed.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process outlined above.
Lost Shipments
If your package has not arrived two days after the scheduled delivery date, contact us at contact@zorqura.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which may take up to five business days. If your package is deemed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, including a new order confirmation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval
